As Chief Operating Officer at Sopro, Monika Joshevska oversees the operational engine of the business, ensuring teams, systems, and processes scale effectively to deliver high-quality B2B outreach at a global level. Having joined Sopro nearly a decade ago as the first employee in its Macedonian entity, Monika has played a central role in growing the business from a small startup operation into a 200+ person organisation delivering award-winning outreach services worldwide.

Monika began her career outside the tech sector, with early roles rooted in education and translation services. She entered the technology industry by supporting closer collaboration between business and technical teams through project management work, while also contributing to her family-run business. She joined Sopro at the age of 25, bringing this diverse experience into what would become a decade-long journey of growth and leadership within the organisation.

Throughout her career at Sopro, Monika has progressed through multiple leadership and hands-on roles, spanning campaign management, operational delivery, and country leadership, culminating in her appointment as Chief Operating Officer four years ago. Today, she works closely with operations, technology, product, customer success, data, and R&D, focusing on enabling senior leaders, improving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence supports both client outcomes and long-term business growth.

With deep experience in scaling teams, optimising delivery models, and aligning people, process, and technology, Monika brings a pragmatic, data-led approach to operational leadership, ensuring strategy translates into consistent execution and measurable performance.
