Rob has been a dedicated geek ever since being given a ZX Spectrum at 8 years old and spending an entire summer copying the code for Hangman.
When he sold his first website aged 12 he started to consider doing it for a living. He currently looks after everything tech at Sopro: he wrote the first line of code and now manages a team of over 30 engineers.
A numbers guy at heart, our commercial co-founder Ryan builds, bolsters and steers the ship as an accountable, strategic and highly technical business leader.
Ryan co-founded Sopro in 2015 and has directly founded or provided non-executive leadership to several high-growth tech startups through the Founders Hub incubate and accelerate programs.
Lizzie joined Sopro in 2019 and is responsible for driving our customer success strategy.
She brings over a decade of experience heading up global and industry-leading client teams and is a firm believer that investing in people is the key to customer and business success.
Michelle has been working in HR for 18 years, and loves how focusing on people can drive organisational success. She believes Sopro is a great HR opportunity: it's a fantastic place to work that people are keen to join and never want to leave!
Michelle helps to add some of the fun to the office: organising cocktail evenings, ice cream making challenges, and yoga classes.
Monika joined Sopro as the first employee in Macedonia in 2016, and works with Operations, Reporting, R&D and Tech.
She is responsible for planning, building and overseeing service delivery. It's her team of prospecting experts that work on campaigns day-to-day, driving amazing results for our clients.
Monika also set up the Macedonian branch and works on building the Sopro brand locally.
David started his finance career with Deloitte in 1997 and has accumulated 20+ years of post-qualification experience across a mixture of PLC's and fast-growing SME's.
Over the last five years, he has been focused on working with owners and SMT's within the martech sector ensuring financial control whilst driving the commercial goals of the business. He oversees the Sopro group finance function.
