Learning internal systems for data sourcing,
campaign management
and performance tracking.
Using external tools and platforms to
complement the campaign’s
DNS setup process and meet high deliverability
standards. This will
include mailbox setup, testing tools, hosting
platforms and more.
Diving into some basic HTML to ensure
everything is on point with
the email templates from every angle –front and
back.
Getting creative with internal and external
data sourcing
platforms to zero in on the clients’ ideal
customer profiles.
Becoming a pro in CRMs.
You’ll improve your analytical and strategic thinking skills:

master the art of basing all your campaigns’
strategic decisions on well-analysed reports.
We have the patience, brains and experience to
monitor campaign deliveries. We record and
circulate performance stats in order to drive
the daily and weekly tweaks needed to achieve
results.
We benchmark against Sopro’s cross campaign
stats, which are a unique insight into
best-in-class prospecting results across company
size, industry, and geography.
We identify areas of underperformance against
these results and schedule the right changes to
improve the right areas.
You’ll refine your already strong communications skills in English:
A lot of your daily tasks will involve written
and verbal communication in English - either
with internal teams in the UK, or clients across
the world.
You’ll work closely with Tech, Client
Services, Sales, R&D. You’ll support the
management of multiple clients across various
locations.
You’ll conduct full technical setup of
campaigns and communicate actions to clients
during their onboarding.
You’ll attend campaign performance review
calls and respond to client delivery queries via
email.
You’ll send campaign reporting summaries to
clients, and make suggestions on how to optimize
campaign performance.
And you’ll keep in touch with our Client
Services team in Brighton on day-to-day internal
calls and chats.

house marketing teams or the top-level
stakeholders, you will have the chance to learn

You will also have an active role in
consulting the clients on best practices for the
campaigns and offer optimization suggestions to
improve campaign performance and ROI.
