The role

Within our Business Analytics and Reporting function, we are seeking a Head of Business Analytics to lead and evolve our analytics capability across the business.

This role has full ownership of the company’s internal data, reporting, and analytics ecosystem. The Head of Business Analytics is responsible for ensuring that data is accurate, trusted, accessible, and actionable, enabling leadership and teams to make high-quality, data-informed decisions.

You will own the data warehouse and reporting architecture, define analytics standards, and lead the translation of complex data into clear insights that directly influence strategic, operational, and commercial decisions. Acting as the bridge between data, technology, and the business, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Finance, Product, and Technology.

This is a hands-on leadership role: setting direction and standards, while remaining deeply involved in critical analysis, dashboards, and insight generation.
