Sopro was founded by Rob Harlow and Ryan Welmans in 2015 with one simple goal: transform the way businesses find new clients.

Seeing how time-consuming and unreliable traditional prospecting could be, they set out to create a smarter approach by blending human expertise with cutting-edge technology to reach decision-makers effectively.

Steve accidentally fell into sales 20 years ago. He’s done everything from cold calling to managing multiple sales teams. He joined Sopro in the early days and now heads up all things sales.

Monika, Sopro's first employee in Macedonia, joined in 2016. She oversees service delivery, working across Operations, Reporting, R&D, and Tech. Her team of prospecting experts manages campaigns daily, delivering outstanding results for clients.

Rob's been a dedicated geek since getting a ZX Spectrum at 8. When he sold his first website at 12 he realised it could be a career. Today, he oversees all things tech at Sopro. He wrote the first line of code and now leads a team of 30+ engineers.
