Job description

Based in London, UK, SoPro provide B2B Prospecting as a Service to a global client base. We offer a sophisticated prospecting service, delivered using our proprietary prospect management platform together with a range of tools developed in house. Services are provided on a per-campaign basis, with campaigns lasting 1-12 months.

The Marketing and Administration Exec ensures a well-managed, efficient and productive campaign delivery process.

Key responsibilities

  • Planning and scheduling of day to day campaign activity.
  • Campaign delivery using internal business systems.
  • Strict adherence to operational delivery processes and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the required specification.
  • Demonstrate highly efficient multi-tasking and time management skills across up to ten simultaneous client campaigns.
  • Identify bad data, errors and potential points of failure during the delivery process and resolve in advance of issues arising.
  • Ensure specific campaign material is configured to flawless written English.
  • Take an active role in the development of the businesses core product features and services by continuously suggesting improvements to drive performance or reduce cost.
  • Generate and distribute a range of daily and weekly client activity reports.

Requirements

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES/SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:

  • Excel Wizard – Advanced Excel skills a must.
  • Good understanding of B2B sales processes and methods of lead generation available to B2B product and service providers.
  • Strong knowledge of data management and hands on experience working with large and complex data files using MS Excel.
  • Working knowledge of web based CRM platforms including Salesforce, Podio and/or Pipedrive
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation software.
  • Previous experience working within a high growth tech start-up.
