Full Time Marketing Executive
Based in London, UK, SoPro provide B2B Prospecting as a Service to a global client base. We offer a sophisticated prospecting service, delivered using our proprietary prospect management platform together with a range of tools developed in house. Services are provided on a per-campaign basis, with campaigns lasting 1-12 months.
The Marketing and Administration Exec ensures a well-managed, efficient and productive campaign delivery process.
- Planning and scheduling of day to day campaign activity.
- Campaign delivery using internal business systems.
- Strict adherence to operational delivery processes and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the required specification.
- Demonstrate highly efficient multi-tasking and time management skills across up to ten simultaneous client campaigns.
- Identify bad data, errors and potential points of failure during the delivery process and resolve in advance of issues arising.
- Ensure specific campaign material is configured to flawless written English.
- Take an active role in the development of the businesses core product features and services by continuously suggesting improvements to drive performance or reduce cost.
- Generate and distribute a range of daily and weekly client activity reports.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES/SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:
- Excel Wizard – Advanced Excel skills a must.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes and methods of lead generation available to B2B product and service providers.
- Strong knowledge of data management and hands on experience working with large and complex data files using MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of web based CRM platforms including Salesforce, Podio and/or Pipedrive
- Working knowledge of marketing automation software.
- Previous experience working within a high growth tech start-up.
