Before partnering with Sopro in September 2020, Impact Futures recognised the strength of their unique proposition. Their apprenticeship programmes, developed in collaboration with businesses and led by curriculum experts in Childcare and Health and Social Care, stood out in markets often filled with generic options.
Despite this advantage, they struggled to maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities to fuel the growth they envisioned. Without a steady flow of prospects, their sales team couldn’t fully leverage the potential of their distinct offering, limiting the business’s ability to scale as intended.
