Key responsibilities

On this occasion we are excited to present a new opening within our G33K local team.


The Operations Executive will be responsible for implementing processes, procedures, collaborating with various departments to get things to completion for G33K and its incubators.


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Creation and implementation of procedures for G33K
  • Improving and implementing all steps for onboarding an incubator
  • Writing manuals and instructions on current and future processes
  • Coordinating all active tasks for the Incubators between various departments
  • Driving documentation to completion [agreements signing, maintaining digital archive and similar]
  • Managing reports [Operative, KPIs etc]
  • Creation of various templates for operations, reports, documentation
  • Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable
  • Organizing meetings with the incubators, preparing agendas, writing meeting minutes and creating tasks from the action plan
  • Coordinating general recruitment tasks


  • Advanced English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheet
  • Experience in operations, sales and marketing
  • Minimum 1-year of previous experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with working in CRM platforms
