THE ROLE

Within Sopro’s largest team is Skopje, Operations, we have a great opportunity for a Marketing Operations Executive.

As a Marketing Operations Executive you will lead the prospecting service for our B2B clients leveraging our breakthrough and specialized multichannel approach.

Having this role, you will need to understand our client’s requirements and translate them into a workable solution for their business. By conducting market research on their behalf, developing a strategy for success, you will be finding and reaching out to the right prospects and offering their different products and services through a well-managed multichannel campaign delivery process. From email prospecting to LinkedIn Outreach, Intent Tracking and more, you will be utilising a range of innovative and highly personalized channels to aid the prospecting process on our clients behalf.

This role would be a great fit for a tech savvy, data-driven individual, with great English skills, able to establish long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Understanding clients requirements and business needs and translate them into a workable solution, by building up on excellent client relationship and management.
  • Planning and scheduling of day-to-day multichannel outreach campaign activities using internal business systems.
  • Demonstrate efficient multi-tasking and time management skills across up to ten simultaneous client campaigns.
  • Strict adherence to operational processes and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the required specification.
  • Identify bad data, errors and potential points of failure during the delivery process and resolve in advance of issues arising.
  • Ensure specific outreach campaign material is configured to flawless written English.
  • Generate and distribute a range of daily and weekly client activity reports.
  • Continuously work on campaign optimization by reviewing the real time performance by segment and channel and by adjusting targeting, tech config/and or messaging copy, to improve the success rate, create strategies to achieve client success.
  • Take an active role in the development of the businesses core product features and services by continuously giving suggestions to improve performance or reduce cost.
Requirements
  • You have a strong business understanding, as well as an understanding of lead generation and sales processes, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Your English is excellent, both written and verbal
  • You have incredible presentation skills and attention to detail
  • You have proven ability to build key relationships (both internal and external) and influence senior stakeholders
  • You know how to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders and you have excellent time management skills – you are able to manage simultaneous campaigns to an exceptional standard
  • Ideally you have experience working in an international environment, in a client facing role and are eager to work in a multicultural, international environment.
  • You have strong affinity to work with data (with large and complex sets of data), preferably in Excel
  • Previous experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Linkedin Outreach would be considered as a plus
  • Working knowledge in marketing automation software, or any CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) would be considered as an advantage
