GDPRLocal

On this occasion we are excited to present a new opening within the GDPRLocal team, one of our Founders Hub incubator companies. GDPRLocal is a dynamic, high-tech, data protection company, providing GDPR compliant services to a wide range of companies across the EU and globally.

We are growing our GDPRLocal team to support our existing and new clients – they have huge plans and will grow fast.

THE ROLE

Within our growing GDPRLocal team, we are looking for an Account Manager with GDPR and compliance knowledge.

Assuming the role, you will play a key role in the development of the GDPRLocal team as you will independently contribute to the compliance of the businesses’ growing client base. Through this role, you’ll go out of your way to cater to clients needs as well as support your colleagues with compliance queries. With your solid compliance knowledge, you’ll be able to support the GDPRLocal team with GDPR, DPO, consultancy and other project services when needed with high quality.

Key responsibilities
  • Customer support through all communication channels
  • Presentation and training on GDPRLocal’s portal for the clients
  • Liaising with development teams to resolve issues
  • In charge of the process of onboarding clients
  • Production of template documents for compliance
  • Update of existing documents
  • GDPR Projects
  • Managing: GDPR Requests [SARs / Breach / RTE]
  • Supporting the Senior Account Managers with various tasks in order to service clients
  • Excellent knowledge of the GDPRLocal portal
  • Active usage and managing Asana (CRM)
  • Liaising with Regulators
  • Reporting issues / breaches as required
  • Cooperation with the team and other departments within the company
Requirements
  • Working experience for a minimum of 3 years
  • Extensive knowledge of the GDPR and knowledge of PECR
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal
  • Experience with onboarding new clients and managing client relationships to an exceptional standard
  • Comfortable working with complex technical solutions
  • Able to deal with complicated requests and data breaches
  • Able to communicate with Supervisory authorities if necessary (mainly through email)
  • Able to present without difficulties the documents prepared and answer any ad hoc questions
  • Able to present a clear report and keep track of the customers – potential and present
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks – you have a strong affinity to prioritize and multitask
  • Process oriented with incredible attention to detail and able to contribute and implement process improvement
  • Solution driven with an ability to bounce back from challenging set backs.
  • Working knowledge in Asana would be considered a plus (but not mandatory)
