1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Client Referral Competition (“Competition”) run by Prospect Global Ltd t/as Sopro (“the Company”), 1st Floor, 27-29, North St, Brighton, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN1 1EB
1.2 By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.1 The Competition is open to all individuals who work for an active client of the Company, are not employees of the Company or their immediate family members.
2.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
How to enter
3.1 To enter the Competition, complete a referral in the Sopro Portal by entering a LinkedIn profile URL or email address of the person to be referred to the Company.
3.2 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Competition.
3.3 Referring one person to the Company counts as one entry into the Competition, only once that person has had a conversation (“demo”) with a member of the Sopro sales team.
3.4 If the referral converts to become a Sopro client during the competition period, it will count as three entries.
3.5 The Company will validate conversations with the Sopro sales team, and whether that company becomes a Sopro client.
3.6 Entries close on December 5th, 2023 at 23:59 (UTC+01:00)
4.1 The prize for the Competition is £1,000 worth of products for the winner and their team, chosen from the Sopro gifting menu (“Prize”).

4.3 If the winner resides in the US, the Prize is $1,000 worth of products for the winner and their team, chosen from the Sopro US gifting menu (“Prize”).

4.5 The Company reserves the right to withhold or substitute any gift from the menu if it becomes unavailable for any reason.
4.6 The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
5.1 One winner will be chosen at random by The Company
5.2 The winner will be notified on December 12th 2023.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner if the original winner is disqualified or unable to accept the Prize.
6.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms at any time without prior notice.
6.2 The Company is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent an individual from completing the survey or entering the Competition.
6.3 By entering the Competition you consent to the Company using your personal information, and confirm consent to use the personal information contained within your referral, for the purposes of administering the Competition.
6.4 The Company’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.5 The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, to which both parties submit.
