THE ROLE

On this occasion we are excited to present a new opening within the Pitch 121 team, one of our incubators.

This is a rare opportunity within Pitch121, a fast-growth International start-up, founded by SoPro and a top 50 UK digital agency CEO.

Pitch121 provides a sophisticated approach enabling our clients to spark conversations with their ideal customers through a soft selling approach.

Services are provided on an ongoing basis. We know that the best businesses provide the kind of value that ensures their best clients stay. We still have many of our first clients that started working with us 2.5 years ago.

Pitch121 is looking for a multi-disciplined team manager to drive operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and advance our technology for the benefit of both clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

TEAM MANAGER JOB PURPOSE:

  • To manage and lead a team of employees.
  • Communicate company goals, best practices, and deadlines to the team.
  • Leads from the front in all the areas they manage.
  • Motivates team members and assesses performance.
  • Provides help to the Pitch121 co- founders, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
  • Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

  • Lead by example to develop an environment of trust, maturity and positivity within the workplace, ensuring a motivated and happy team.
  • Performs management duties reporting to the company co-founders
  • Overseeing operational processes and technical roadmap including keeping detailed records of team performance, and advising management on changes or investment needed where necessary
  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
  • Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance, opening and closing the office
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
  • Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
