About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our rapidly expanding Talent Acquisition team. Working independently and with the other TA colleagues you will be involved in implementing the recruitment strategy relating to attracting, sourcing and selecting the top talent. You will leverage your experience, employing both traditional and non-traditional recruitment methods to source and hire talented individuals to us.

Key responsibilities
  • Input in the planning and execution of an effective recruitment strategy, including promoting Sopro as an employer on the market place
  • Translate the hiring needs and requirements into a sourcing strategy and approach
  • Be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline (both inbound and outbound) and managing it through our ATS
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and overall compatibility with business requirements
  • Establish close relationships with hiring managers and work collaboratively on identifying and matching the hiring needs
  • Input in the creation of the job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Participate in organizing networking events, job fairs and other company events
  • Provide support in the on-boarding process of new employees
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Requirements
  • Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
  • Exceptional written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in using various platforms to proactively source candidate
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Self-starter with willingness to learn and improve
  • Positive, supportive, and encouraging attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Attention to detail
  • Up to date with the leading industry trends and recruiting best practices
