The role

We are looking to expand our in-house Tech Team in Skopje with a Product Owner.

Within your role, you will be responsible for delivery of a SaaS platform products that are part of the Founders Hub incubate or accelerate program. With Founders Hub we partner up with tech startups and support their growth by providing tech, operation, marketing and strategy consultancy expertise. You will be have the unique opportunity to manage all project/product delivery phases, from product initiation to first product launches to continuous incremental improvements.

Your work will involve working with experienced business stakeholders with regards to defining the strategy and experienced cross-functional development team regarding the product delivery.

All work will be in English language, hence we are looking for candidates with exceptional written English.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand and anticipate product needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Creating a product road map based on the product vision
  • Owning, managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog
  • Translating Product strategies into stories and tasks in format and with content according to the defined agile best practices=
  • Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
  • Developing user stories
  • Manage resources both internally and externally to optimized delivery
  • Communicate progress, success and issues with stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven working experience in project/product management and/or business analytics in tech environment
  • Excellent client-facing skills and ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in managing projects based on a .NET technology is a plus
  • Experience working with Jira is a plus
