The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join the Global Marketing Team for a leading tech company. Based in our Brighton office, you’ll be supporting our global marketing efforts to promote our newest SaaS product, Outbase. It is expected Outbase will become a growing complimentary offering within the suite of Sopro brands and a product of choice across in the global marketplace. You will play a pivotal role in generating customer confidence in the product, resulting in account growth, retention and overall satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a recent Marketing or Business Graduate who is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a high-level of attention to detail and a can-do attitude. You will gain a strong understanding of both digital and offline marketing, along with a broad experience of marketing tools and cross-channel campaigns.

In this role, you will support the Marketing team with key activity such as digital marketing including content creation, website maintenance, email marketing strategy and social media. You’ll also support events, PR and will contribute to the wider marketing plan through the implementation of a variety of campaigns.

Key responsibilities
  • Seek ways to understand customer/market behaviour and sentiment; propose relevant content and tests
  • Regular liaison with the customer success and in-house marketing and design teams
  • Image selection
  • Own the content provision and collation process including achieving supplier sign-off
  • Management of regular email marketing campaigns
  • Daily management of social media accounts
  • Coordinate the production of marketing assets
  • Events support
  • Regular performance reports with insights and optimisation recommendations
  • Internal comms support – liaise with teams based in other countries where required to raise awareness of the Outbase brand internally
Requirements
  • An interest in marketing and understanding consumer engagement
  • Campaign/account/project management experience (Ideally 1 or 2 years)
  • Experience managing email flows
  • Experience briefing and proofing marketing materials
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
  • A good sense of humour and a can-do attitude!
