We have an exciting new opportunity to join the team that makes our business a fantastic place to work! The People & Culture Coordinator will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle; onboarding new starters, employment changes and leavers, keeping HR and payroll records up to date and ensuring accuracy in line with company requirements. You will act as the first point of contact for all UK employee queries, escalating as required, as well as assisting the People & Culture team with project work.

Lead the delivery of HR administrative services in support of companywide processes throughout the employee lifecycle;
New starter process including contract drafting, right to work checks, reference requests and probation period confirmation
Contract changes and promotion documentation
Benefits administration and enrolment processes
Manage the leavers process including resignation acknowledgement, holiday calculations and exit interviews
Employee engagement survey administration
Maintain the HR system, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date, ensure all confidential items are kept or disposed of in a secure manner
Support with Learning & Development coordination
Workshop scheduling, invites and joining instructions
Room, venue and equipment booking and setup
Send and collate workshop/learning programme evaluation
Collate monthly learning analytics
Send pre-boarding, Learn more log in details and assign onboarding pathway to new starters
Provide a seamless candidate onboarding experience and will be the first contact for all new joiners in the Brighton office
Be confident with HR formal procedures to support line managers and provide advice in line with company policy
Support with project work as and when required, as well as taking minutes at HR hearings/meetings
Work closely with other People & Culture teams, such as Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development
