We are on the lookout for a Marketing Operations Executive – Sopro Internal campaigns to join our Operations team, a data enthusiast, committed to continued progress and growth, ensuring a well-managed, efficient and productive internal campaign delivery process.

Key responsibilities
  • Planning and scheduling of day-to-day delivery for Internal prospecting campaigns using internal business systems.
  • Strict adherence to operational processes and workflows to ensure internal campaigns are delivered on time and to the required specification.
  • Demonstrate efficient multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Identify bad data, errors and potential points of failure during the delivery process and resolve in advance of issues arising.
  • Take an active role in supporting the Sales team with market mapping and identifying possible markets for clients.
  • Provide data samples to support the sales process where necessary.
  • Review real time performance by segment, tech config and/or messaging copy to improve the success rates of the campaigns.
  • Work with the Team Lead on constantly optimizing the performance of the internal campaigns to hit monthly and annual targets.
Requirements
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and methods of lead generation.
  • Knowledge of data management and hands-on experience in working with large and complex data files.
  • Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation software.
  • Experience in using HubSpot is considered as an advantage.
  • Previous working experience in an international environment is considered as an advantage.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Multi-Tasking – Manage simultaneous internal campaigns to an exceptional standard.
  • Desire to work with numbers and data.
  • Commercially focused.
