With offices in Brighton, Skopje and Miami and a team in Serbia, Sopro provides sophisticated digital marketing services to hundreds of businesses, from innovative start-ups to sector leaders and global brands from all around the world.

After spending seven years redefining B2B demand generation techniques, through our social prospecting service we help our clients sell more by starting new sales conversations with the people that matter. We source their ideal prospects, engage them with personalised emails, and connect them directly to our clients when they are ready to talk business.

The role
Within our growing Operations Team in Skopje, Sopro has a great opportunity for a Marketing Operations Executive.
As a Marketing Operations Executive you will own the process of delivering email campaigns for our B2B clients.
Having this role, you will need to understand our client’s requirements and translate them into a workable solution for their
business. By conducting market research on their behalf, you will be finding and reaching out to the right prospects and offering their different products and services through a well-managed email campaign delivery process.
This role would be a great fit for a data-driven individual, with great English skills, able to establish long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Handling client communication to understand clients requirements and business needs and translate them into a workable solution.
  • Planning and scheduling of day-to-day email campaign activity and campaign delivery using internal business systems.
  • Demonstrate efficient multi-tasking and time management skills across up to ten simultaneous client campaigns.
  • Strict adherence to operational processes and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the required specification.
  • Identify bad data, errors and potential points of failure during the delivery process and resolve in advance of issues arising.
  • Ensure specific email campaign material is configured to flawless written English.
  • Generate and distribute a range of daily and weekly client activity reports.
  • Continuously work on campaign optimization by reviewing the real time performance by segment and by adjusting targeting, tech config/and or messaging copy, to improve the success rate.
  • Take an active role in the development of the businesses core product features and services by continuously giving suggestions to improve performance or reduce cost
Requirements
  • You have a strong business understanding, as well as an understanding of lead generation and sales processes, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Your English is excellent, both written and verbal
  • You have incredible presentation skills and attention to detail
  • You have proven ability to build key relationships (both internal and external) and influence senior stakeholders
  • You know how to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders and you have excellent time management skills – you are able to manage simultaneous campaigns to an exceptional standard
  • Ideally, you have experience working in an international environment, in a client facing role and are eager to work in a multicultural, international environment.
  • You have strong affinity to work with data (with large and complex sets of data), preferably in Excel
  • Working knowledge in marketing automation software, or any CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) would be considered as an advantage
