The role

As a result of our growth, we have a great opportunity for a L&D Manager, who will own the learning activities in our largest office based in Skopje delivering an effective L&D strategy to support and drive company growth.

Being a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Global L&D Manager, departmental trainers and department heads to design and execute a learning strategy that fosters the growth and resilience of our workforce in an ever-changing business environment. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional results for our clients by empowering our people to adapt and thrive.

Key responsibilities
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs for the Skopje based teams
  • Support business engagement with our performance management cycle, ensuring local managers and employees understand the process, and are equipped with the skills to have meaningful performance conversations throughout the year
  • Design, create and implement engaging and compelling content, (including e-learning resources, guidance documents and communications) to support key talent, learning and performance initiatives
  • Facilitate (face to face and virtual) engaging training sessions, skills development, new people leader workshops and team effectiveness interventions
  • Gather learning content from a multitude of sources, both internal and external
  • Support HR and managers in understanding the talent, learning and performance provision and their appropriateness for key audiences
  • Maintain records and data associated with talent, learning and performance, providing reports and metrics for key stakeholders
  • Support the management and maintenance of content and information on our Learning Experience Platform
  • Measure the impact of learning and development solutions against agreed KPI’s and through the gathering of qualitative and quantitative feedback
Requirements
  • Previous experience of designing and delivering onboarding, training and development initiatives and programs
  • Experience of training and/or coaching others to succeed
  • Ability to forge strong relationships and build trust whilst delivering long lasting impactful coaching
  • Ability to design and create engaging and compelling eLearning content
  • Displays a Growth Mindset – not afraid to drive the ‘art of the possible’ consideration across the business and through multiple different audiences
  • Confident at managing concurrent priorities and working with ambiguity
  • Demonstrates high personal and professional integrity
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Accreditation as a Discovery Insights practitioner would be beneficial but is not essential
