The role

Following the growth of our inhouse Tech department, we are looking for a full-time Graphic designer.

Your role will include taking conceptual ideas to create visual representations, both in print and digital media. Collaborating with various teams at our company, you should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. You will need to have immense knowledge of design tools and software, as well as a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to create designs that align with the brand guidelines.

• Understand design briefs and requirements
• Conceptualize and develop design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Collaborate, brainstorm and work with various teams to produce the final design
• Design and produce various materials for print and digital collateral in accordance with brand guidelines
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Keep up to date with industry trends

• 2+ years experience working as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Good knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other graphic design software
• Up to date with the latest graphic design trends
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time & meet deadlines
