The role

Following our business expansion and growth of teams, we are offering this exciting opportunity to have a strategic position focused on implementing content quality standards and ensuring highest quality email content is curated for all our clients across the various different brands to foster high email conversion rates

As an Email Content Quality Manager you will have an oversight of all email content that is used for prospecting campaigns and you will be managing and improving the processes and systems in place for the production of the email content.

Key responsibilities
  • Evaluate and refine current email content quality standards
  • Develop and monitor consistent, reliable, and scalable processes to implement email content quality standards across all clients
  • Collect feedback from internal stakeholders (i.e., Operations, Customer Success, Marketing) and external stakeholders (i.e., clients) to ensure high client satisfaction
  • Manage relationship with external copywriters to deliver high quality content
  • Follow trends and define best approaches to creating email templates that result in high response rates based on locations and types of businesses targeted
  • Audit and identify process improvements for email content creation
  • Work with the Operations and the Customer Success teams in testing new approaches to content in email outreach
  • Integrate all new data points available in the existing email template writing process
  • Ensure diversification in approach to content writing (avoid same templates approaches)
  • Innovate and discover new approaches to increase response rates
  • Strong understanding of best B2B prospecting template practices, including tools, technology, and email marketing metrics
  • 3+ years experience in email template production in B2B environment
  • Process driven – experience in creating processes from scratch and measuring their adoption
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and different stakeholders
  • Influencing skills
  • Attentive to details and quality oriented
  • Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a busy, fast-paced environment
