The Role
We are looking for an experienced Community Engagement Manager to join our UK Marketing function. Working closely with the Director of Content Strategy, you will manage our digital presence, engage and nurture important community groups (some of which are already established) using a variety of digital platforms, social media and tools including running our email nurture programme.
Your activity will raise our multiple brand profiles. You’ll be responsible for promoting our thought leadership content to educate our communities about sales prospecting, generating new business enquiries and recommendations. You will be tech-savvy, experienced in social media, PR and promotional events, with exceptional oral and written communication skills to develop engaging content. As the face and voice of our brand, you should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
