The role

Within our Business Analytics and Reporting Team, as a Business Systems Lead, your goal will be to support the businesses’ sales, marketing and client services departments with effective visibility and access to the various prospect and customer databases in use.
Data structure, integrity and ease of access will play a big part of the role, and you will lead the delivery and optimization of process automation and key integrations with external systems (such as communications and messaging platforms, email delivery systems, web plugins, tracking and analytics engines plus internal systems)

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure that our sales, marketing, and client services CRM systems operate effectively, bringing manual interventions to the minimum and eliminating manual reporting
  • Create workflows and automation configurations to streamline processes
  • Lead the setup of new CRM systems configuration and integration for current and new group brand activity
  • Connect and centralize the marketing and sales pipeline data feeds from various sources into HubSpot
  • Lead CRM system admin activities such as activating pre-integrated tech plugins (such as Zapier) and automating data flow
  • Work with the reporting team to create solutions to streamline reporting of the different departments activities and ensure data is reported correctly across
  • Experience in CRM systems and concepts, including automation, integration & segmentation
  • Ability to resolve technical CRM issues
  • Good understanding of data and entity structures
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Experience with gathering, defining, and detailing user requirements. Includes identifying gaps in requirements, resolving inconsistencies, and prioritizing requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Can build great working relationships with varies different stakeholders across the business
