As Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be results driven, curious and enjoy nothing better than engaging with new people and businesses. Being the first point of contact and face of Sopro you will be responsible for contacting potential clients via cold and warm calling, email and social media in order to promote our services and solutions and ‘sell’ appointments and demos to decision makers for our Sales Team to attend and close the sale.

Qualifying and scheduling appointments and demos for our Sales team
Building pipelines and updating CRM’s
Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients
B2B Telephone based sales experience
Good administration, organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Excellent listening skills
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools and Excel
Results and target driven
Influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
