Within our growing Skopje Team, Sopro has a great opportunity for a Junior Office Administrator. This role would suit someone who is a proactive team player, communicates effectively and is a top-level organiser. The Junior Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, and continuously improving Sopro’s world class working environment.
As a Junior Office Administrator, you would be working closely with our Office and Facilities Manager, ensuring our offices to run like a clockwork, with equipment suppliers, utility vendors and other environmental aspects including health and safety, housekeeping policies and corporate social responsibility.

Assisting in handling and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers.
Supporting in ordering for furniture, equipment, consumables and other essential office supplies.
Maintain an efficient and auditable ordering process for required goods.
Supervise the attendance tracking system: issue access cards for new employees, administrate the system and issue monthly attendance and timekeeping reports to the management team.
Ensure uninterrupted supply across all utilities with full redundancy where needed (I.e. internet/power).
Participating in maintaining, reviewing and improving the physical working environment enjoyed by our workforce.
Promoting and maintaining office hygiene standards.
Assisting with coordinating legally required employee medical checks and ensure that health and safety policies are on premises, well communicated and up to date.
Maintain fire safety environmental and training standards in all working environments.
Assisting in maintaining master employee databases.
Supporting in coordinating domestic and international travel, including visa, flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
Participating in the business’s participation in (or hosting of) various local events.
Confident with using MS Excel and data management
Previous administrative experience
Advance knowledge in English (both written and spoken)
Polite telephone manner
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Highly detail oriented
Positive attitude towards life
Ability to “make things happen”
