BUSINESS INFORMATION:

Headquartered in London, UK, SoPro provide B2B Prospecting as a Service to a global client base.  We offer a sophisticated digital marketing format, delivered using our proprietary systems together with a range of processes and standards developed in house.

 

Services are provided on a per-campaign basis, with campaigns lasting 3-12 months.

KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:

 

SoPro is on the lookout for a genuine Rockstar to join our executive team in London.

The Role

As the unconventional title suggests there are two sides to this role.  Client Experience and Marketing.

Client Experience

With a commercial hat on… this role will lead, revitalise, build and make amazing our approach to client relationship management.

Marketing

With an equally commercial mindset… this role will define and implement a multichannel marketing strategy across a variety of digital and non-digital channels.

“Very Organised”

The “Very Organised” bit refers to the whirlwind of high-speed, rapid growth and chaos that our business can often be.  We are quite literally looking for the most organised person in the world.

The role will define and grow around the right person.  It will become senior and business critical within year one and will offer rapid personal and remunerative growth opportunities for the right candidate.

 

Accountability – Client Experience

As a base, we see the following areas of accountability.

  • Liaise with and manage key client relationships.
  • Plan, schedule and oversee key client communication points.
  • Manage and naturally become the day to day communications hub for high value client communications.
  • Become the purveyor of sunshine, a grower of exceptional relationships and forger of total client confidence in our ability to deliver. Personify our brand.
  • Where appropriate communicate our successes to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a commercially driven strategic approach to account and relationship management.
  • Understand then shape our approach to better develop, diversify and and grow client accounts.
  • Take a leadership role within the SoPro client onboarding process.

Full Time On-Site ASP.Net Developer

**Skopje Role – UK Based Digital Marketing Agency**

 

Job Description

SoPro, a leading UK marketing agency is seeking a full-time ASP.net developer to join our growing team, this role is based in our Skopje office.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience developing in the aforementioned languages with an interest in developing skills and experience to the next level in a globally focused technical environment.

All work will be in English language, we are looking for candidates with exceptional written English.

Skill set should include project management, organisation, client communication, thought leadership and expertise in web development & interface design.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement systems from initial concept, project architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable
  • Design and implement new features and enhancements to existing systems both in Windows Forms and ASP.net MVC
  • Create and update re-usable code libraries to streamline development cycle
  • Regularly review and optimise application and database performance

 

Requirements

(Note: Must have all of the experience listed below):

  • 3+ years experience working with .net technologies (C# preferable)
  • Strong knowledge of ASP.net MVC
  • Strong knowledge of current web development languages (including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with Windows Forms

Job Description

SoPro, a leading UK marketing agency is seeking a full-time Web Developer/Designer to join our growing team, based in our Skopje office.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience developing in WordPress, building and designing professional and mobile responsive websites, in English language.

In addition to working with the SoPro team, this candidate will work in direct communication with clients, from concept to completion.

All work will be in English language, we are looking for candidates with exceptional written English.

Skill set should include project management, organisation, client communication, thought leadership and expertise in web development & interface design.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement websites from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable
  • Code and implement WordPress sites from Photoshop layout through html/CSS to a custom theme, functions, and plugins
  • Design and implement new features, enhancements, and content of existing websites
  • Create and update re-usable code libraries to streamline WordPress development cycle
  • Design interfaces and graphics for presentations and mobile-delivered applications

 

Requirements

Based in London, UK, SoPro provide B2B Prospecting as a Service to a global client base.

We offer a sophisticated prospecting service, delivered using our proprietary prospect management platform together with a range of tools developed in house.

Services are provided on a per-campaign basis, with campaigns lasting 1-12 months.
KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:

The Marketing and Administration Exec ensures a well-managed, efficient and productive campaign delivery process.

  • Planning and scheduling of day to day campaign activity.
  • Campaign delivery using internal business systems.
  • Strict adherence to operational delivery processes and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the required specification.
  • Demonstrate highly efficient multi-tasking and time management skills across up to ten simultaneous client campaigns.
  • Identify bad data, errors and potential points of failure during the delivery process and resolve in advance of issues arising.
  • Ensure specific campaign material is configured to flawless written English.
  • Take an active role in the development of the businesses core product features and services by continuously suggesting improvements to drive performance or reduce cost.

KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:
