IT Project Manager

SoPro, a leading UK marketing tech agency is seeking an experienced IT project manager to join our growing web design and development department. With projects for both internal and external clients ranging from websites to mobile apps to SAAS platforms it is an excting and rare opportunity for the right candidate. You will be entering at a senior level with the chance to shape the team, process and future plans, with plenty of opportunity for progression.

Based in our central Skopje office, ou will be responsible for delivery of a range of projects for clients, and will be involved in all stages from initial client conversations through to delivery.
You will need to be very organised and have experience managing successful web and software projects. All work will be in English and you will need exceptional spoken and written English. If you have experience managing software development for overseas clients, that’s great as well.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement agile project management strategies and ensure projects are delivered on time and budget
  • Communicate progress, success and issues with all stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage resources both internally and externally to optimised project delivery
  • Work with the UK team to develop briefs and prototypes to support a sales process

Full Time On-Site ASP.Net Developer

Full Time On-Site ASP.Net Developer

**Skopje Role – UK Based Digital Marketing Agency**

 

Job Description

SoPro, a leading UK marketing agency is seeking a full-time ASP.net developer to join our growing team, this role is based in our Skopje office.

The ideal candidate must have experience developing in .net  – ideally c# MVC – with an interest in developing skills and experience to the next level in a globally focused technical environment.

All work will be in English language, we are looking for candidates with exceptional written English.

Skill set should include project management, organisation, client communication, thought leadership and expertise in web development & interface design.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement systems from initial concept, project architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable
  • Design and implement new features and enhancements to existing systems both in Windows Forms and ASP.net MVC
  • Create and update re-usable code libraries to streamline development cycle
  • Regularly review and optimise application and database performance

 

Requirements

(Note: Must have all of the experience listed below):

  • 3+ years experience working with .net technologies (C# preferable)
  • Strong knowledge of ASP.net MVC
  • Strong knowledge of current web development languages (including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with Windows Forms

Job Description

SoPro, a leading UK marketing agency is seeking a full-time Web Developer/Designer to join our growing team, based in our Skopje office.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience developing in WordPress, building and designing professional and mobile responsive websites, in English language.

In addition to working with the SoPro team, this candidate will work in direct communication with clients, from concept to completion.

All work will be in English language, we are looking for candidates with exceptional written English.

Skill set should include project management, organisation, client communication, thought leadership and expertise in web development & interface design.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement websites from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable
  • Code and implement WordPress sites from Photoshop layout through html/CSS to a custom theme, functions, and plugins
  • Design and implement new features, enhancements, and content of existing websites
  • Create and update re-usable code libraries to streamline WordPress development cycle
  • Design interfaces and graphics for presentations and mobile-delivered applications

BUSINESS INFORMATION:

Based in London, UK, SoPro provide B2B Prospecting as a Service to a global client base.

We offer a sophisticated prospecting service, delivered using our proprietary prospect management platform together with a range of tools developed in house.

Services are provided on a per-campaign basis, with campaigns lasting 1-12 months.
KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:

The Marketing and Administration Exec ensures a well-managed, efficient and productive campaign delivery process.

  • Planning and scheduling of day to day campaign activity.
  • Campaign delivery using internal business systems.
  • Strict adherence to operational delivery processes and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the required specification.
  • Demonstrate highly efficient multi-tasking and time management skills across up to ten simultaneous client campaigns.
  • Identify bad data, errors and potential points of failure during the delivery process and resolve in advance of issues arising.
  • Ensure specific campaign material is configured to flawless written English.
  • Take an active role in the development of the businesses core product features and services by continuously suggesting improvements to drive performance or reduce cost.

KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:

A SoPro Ninja directly supports an assigned client with a range of digital marketing skills and tools, including but not limited to:
